Tailored to Your Pet

Only pay for the treatments and support you truly need.

All of our treatment plans are individually customized- we do not believe in paying for what you do not use. We charge separately for all services and ongoing appointments and will provide an estimate prior to all care.

Payment is due at the time of service.  We take credit cards and personal checks.

In California, veterinarians are unable to provide medical recommendations or care without a valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR). This can only be established after the veterinarian is able to examine your pet in person, review the medical history, has an understanding of their current health and is able to make educated decisions for your pet’s care.  A VCPR lasts for one year.  Therefore, we are unable to provide any recommendations or care without the initial Quality-of-Life appointment.

PALLIATIVE / HOSPICE CARE

  • Quality-of-Life appointment at home (60min) $475

  • Follow-up appointment at home (30min) $375

  • Follow-up telehealth consult (30min) $150

  • Brief phone consult/questions (<10min) free

  • Acupuncture add-on $100

  • After-hours, weekend or emergency appointment fees range $100-$200

  • Other treatment add-ons have variable pricing and an estimate for care will be provided

  • Local travel- free (San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Greenbrae, Corte Madera, Larkspur)

  • Marin county (outside of local area) add-on $50-150 depending on distance

  • Travel outside of Marin- call for quote

IN HOME EUTHANASIA

  • Quality of life appointment- at home (60min) $475

  • Euthanasia- at home (60min) $550-$750 depending on size of your pet

  • Same day and after-hours appointments may be available and have an added charge.  Please call to see if we are available.

  • Local travel- free (San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Greenbrae, Corte Madera, Larkspur)

  • Marin county (outside of local area) add-on $50-$150 depending on distance

  • Travel outside of Marin- call for quote

  • If your pet seems to be doing better there is no charge for the first cancellation if done 6 hours before the appointment.  If cancelled within the 6 hour window there is a 50% charge.

CREMATION

Private Cremation:

  • Fee $400

  • Your pet is cremated privately and the ashes will be returned to you.

  • We provide a paw print and fur clipping if you would like.

  • We partner with Bubbling Wells to offer 6 free urn choices and a free clay paw print. Multiple additional memorial options/urn choices can be ordered directly through them.

  • These choices can be finalized either prior to euthanasia or within 48 hours after.

Communal Cremation:

  • Fee $200

  • Your pet is cremated with others and the remains respectfully spread at Bubbling Wells in Fairfield.

  • We provide a paw print and fur clipping if you would like.

  • We partner with Bubbling Wells to offer a free clay paw print. Multiple additional memorial options can be ordered directly through them.

  • These choices can be finalized either prior to euthanasia or within 48 hours after.
